NextClient does not monitor or edit your choice of a title for your personalized content. In selecting the title please avoid any reference to any trademarks or copyrighted material unless you are the owner of same or have the express written consent of the owner. You shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or other harm resulting from your reference to any trademarks or copyrighted material.

Except as specifically provided in this agreement you may not use the services or materials provided by NextClient in any fashion that infringes on the copyrights or proprietary interests therein.

You are prohibited from removing or obscuring the copyright notice or other notices contained in the materials provided.

2. Limited Warranty.

The services and materials provided by NextClient are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NextClient disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

NextClient does not represent or warrant that any of the information and resources presented on its web pages, its subscribers’ websites, or on the internet generally, will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the services and materials provided or the server from which it is accessed are free from viruses or other harmful components.

NextClient’s Web Content for Lawyers™ service refreshes material on a weekly basis. Due to the random nature of the article selection process, the same article may appear more than once on your website or may be appearing or have appeared on other subscribers’ websites.

3. Limitation of Liability.

In no event shall NextClient be liable for any costs or direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use the materials and services. In no event shall NextClient’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for subscription.
