Karen E. Sugihara

Karen Sugihara is NextClient's General Counsel and Director of Legal Publications.

Her responsibilities include providing advice to management on general and legal corporate matters.  Karen also manages NextClient's legal publication department consisting of practicing attorneys and professional writers.

Karen holds a B.S. degree from University of California, Riverside, and a J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.  She is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to appear before all California State Courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She has attained an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys.
